While gathering material for a “found media” audio project, Corey Brewer purchased a box of 1/4” audio tape reels from a storage auction online. There was no documentation on the origins of the tapes, but they were sold as having “minor fire damage”. Upon arrival, the tapes appeared playable. Corey enlisted Erik Blood to attempt to transfer the contents of the tapes.
These two songs were the most easily salvageable from one of the tapes & we’ve put them up on Bandcamp for free so that everyone has access and can easily pass them around. If anyone knows this music or who Blutbraüer is- please contact us. You can purchase these songs as a form of “donation” and all of the money will go to our research and restoration of the tapes. 100% of the money donated will go to the artists once identified, including our expenses.
